After more than 20 years as an engineer, member of the Quebec Order of Engineers (OIQ), and entrepreneur, I chose to bring my expertise in analysis, management, and client advisory services to the mortgage industry by becoming a mortgage broker.
Throughout my career, I have worked in the energy efficiency sector and supported large industrial organizations in procurement, business analysis, and the management of major project portfolios. These experiences allowed me to develop an approach grounded in rigor, objectivity, problem-solving, and the search for solutions tailored to each client's unique situation.
Today, I apply that same approach to help clients make informed decisions about real estate financing. I believe a mortgage should not be viewed solely as a financial product, but as a strategic tool that can support important projects, optimize a financial situation, and help achieve long-term goals.
My experience as an entrepreneur also gives me a strong understanding of the realities faced by professionals, self-employed individuals, and real estate investors.
